Public decorum

I've just known that drinking alcoholic in public gardens is now forbidden in my own city. You risk a ticket from 65 to 500 euros. Where are we? If you want to kill yourself with a hundred of cocktails in a very cool disco spending a lot of money there's no problem at all, but if you want to drink a beer with your friends in a lawn you offend the city decorum? So sad, this is just one of the several symptoms that will multiple in the future, we are living in the little italy of priggishness and these are the results.
