In July a new Rules of the road will be in use. A neo-driver, just for one year, won't be allowed to drive cars out of a certain parameter called "specific power", that rely the power of the vehicle with its weight. Risult: they will drive a suv but not a smart! How witty! I still have to find out who's the genius that made this rule up......thanks a lot in advance.
